We bring the perfect blend of fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and mouth-watering flavours to events across the Canberra region. All pizzas are hand stretched with a 48 hour ferment process. Pizzas are approximately 12-13 inches and cooked in a wood fire oven.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan pizzas?

Gluten free options available – numbers needed at least 1 week before the event. (Gluten free bases are par baked and bought as needed. We supply up to 2 bases per party, if additional are needed we can discuss options).
