All pizzas are hand stretched with a 48-hour ferment process.

Pizzas are approximately 12-13 inches and cooked in a wood fire oven.

  • Vegetarian (v): san marzano tomato base, whole milk mozzarella, pecorino ramano, eggplant, zucchini, artichoke, semi dried tomatoes, olives, capsicum, fresh basil, evvo.
  • Chorizo: san marzano tomato base, fior di latte, pecorino romano, chorizo, basil, hot honey.
  • Nduja: san marzano tomato base, fior di latte, pecorino ramano, nduja, basil, hot honey.
  • 4 Cheese (v): garlic olive oil base, whole milk mozzarella, pecorino romano, blue cheese, provolone, fresh basil, truffle honey.
  • Ham and Cheese: san marzano tomato base, whole milk mozzarella, shaved ham.
  • Basic (v): san marzano tomato base, provolone, pecorino romano, oregano.
